Pros

Clicking and scrolling are responsive. It comes with two options of smooth scroll vs. Infinity scroll. The toggle-able infinity scroll is pretty sweet.

The mx 3s is very responsive and excellent ergonomically. It has soft in places where you grip it, then hard materials where you click.

This mouse is retailed at $125. All 3 pads have scratches and clear signs of some decent amount of usage already. The hardware is great.

Cons

This is so frustrating. It is easily one of the most irritating things, almost as irritating as the fact that logitech will never fix this. Ended up returning it and bought another one from a local staples.

For such a high priced mouse this is not acceptable. Such a scam. Back to my $15 no name mouse.

Apple macbook air lags in motion in any direction. Also stops tracking intermittently. When issue shows up, i have to reboot the computer to get my settings back.

Software turns this mouse into a simple two button mouse. I loose the arrow 70% of the time and it is very difficult to bring it at a specific target as the arrow does not respond at all. The mission control only works when it wants.

Build quality is great as well as battery life.

Ergonomics are best on the market, multiple bluetooth devices, quality build, great battery life, best mouse out there.

I personally feel like the build quality is good, some people that have used previous versions might feel this iteration not as solid.

Will see with the longevity and battery length for the price of this mouse.

Competitiveness

All that being said, this is still a high-quality product.

On the old ones you had to switch back and forth between a clicky and smooth scroll wheel, but now it adapts.
