You can fix this by sacrificing the usability of one of the scroll leftright buttons whichever you prefer and map it using the provided setpoint software which isnt so bad to be the new middleclick

That mouse is great also but lacks the 3 buttons on top that i use for volume control and mute it only has 1 button
