Pros

The installation of the bluetooth is simple and i have been able to use it for 7. It pairs seamlessly with my iphone. I keep it plugged into my laptop dock and configured all sounds and microphone functions through it. Long bluetooth range.

Best office tech investment this year. Works well for that purpose, too. Most folks don't know i'm on a cell phone (sounds just like a polycom).

It looks sleek, the build is sturdy, and it is easy to drop in a bag and take on the go. Easy to install and to use.

Cons

The second unit has issues since the first day with the battery not holding a charge. If you leave it plugged in to a powered usb (not through your computer) it beeps about ever minute with a low battery alarm. Turned off all other bluetooth devices a... Read More

Incoming voice is fine but outgoing people says i am breaking up. A few minutes into the call the audio starts to get jumbled and then completely unintelligible. Controlling the ringer volume is not part of the functionality.
