Pros

Notebooks pro is the highest rated webcam (for notebooks) on the market and for good reason. Great little add-on video camera for a laptop. Great webcam for a notebook.

It takes a little fiddling to get it to sit on the lip of my t series thinkpad. Though it is intended for laptops, i use it for my desktop and it is still good. Includes a nice stand for desktops.

Easy installation. Very easy to install. The installation is very easy to follow and it upgrades the software for a better experience when installing.

A small earphone and microphone are supplied with the package. The microphone works well, and the camera too. The echo cancellation works great, no nead for headphones. Not the sound quality of a logitech headset but perfectly acceptable.

This is the clearest i've ever seen and i've received compliments from users on both ends of the chat window. Works well with aim triton and works spectacularly with msn messenger. Works fine for me with all my video chats in yahoo messenger and skype... Read More

Windows xp is not compatible with windows vista. Not supported by windows 7.

I am very pleased with this product especially at this price.

It's a great camera for such an extremely low price.

The mail in rebates are extremely slow, though!

Even though the packaging that it comes in only lists windows compatibility, this works fine on my 1.

Easy to pack, and even comes with a hard, protective zippered case.

It's very tiny and comes with a travel pouch.

This is a very nice little package - and the emphasis is on "little".

Competitiveness

Since then, it has worked beautifully with skype.

Also, i have the quickcam fusion for my desktop which is a 5 star rated product and without doubt the best of the best webcams overall.

I compared this to other webcams which tauted a true 1.

I previouly had bought another brand and couldn't get it to work.
