Pros

Logitech quickcam fusion happens to work amazingly. It's very convenient for in-home use and the rite lite technology works amazingly. This is especially nice to have if you are not appropriately dressed, or dressed at all.

The microphone seems to work well even without a headset. It cancels out the background noise fairly well. The mic is ok.

Logitech is very well aware of this problem and choose to do nothing about it including not replying to your support request emails. The software is a monstrosity with no fix available. Apparently its in the process of being phased out.
