Pros
The mouse is programmable. They recognize your apps. The settings are sufficiently granular as to make the mouse fully customizable. You still know that you clicked a button on the mouse.
This mouse is very comfortable in hand. Its top is smooth and its sides have a slight rubbery feel when gripped. My pinkie is bigger than most women's thumbs.
The logitech m650 works flawlessly. The mouse is very responsive, and adjustable through the logi options software or through windows mouse settings (note in cons about smooth scrolling option) works great and has the good standard features done well.... Read More
My expectation is this mouse will serve me well for many years to come. Feels heavy and sturdy. Strong sturdy and great value. Here are some pros and cons.
Cons
The clicks are mushy, silent, and feels like clicking on a laptop trackpad. The * are too light. There are 2 * on the side that do annoying things if you accidentally click them.
M650l is not backward compatible. Only has one transmitter and the ping from a paired device interferes with the dongle. I'm back to searching for a genuinely large-sized performance mouse for design and gaming.

Other than that, i am very pleased with the product!
Fits my hand very well- pleased with the purchase so far.
After i decided to connect with the logi bolt receiver, however, and disconnected the bluetooth, the mice wouldn't recognize the dongle.
Instead there's a small button on the left side that you push with the lower bottom of your thumb to do that.
Competitiveness
Might be a little pricey but hope i can use it for a longtime.
I found a cheap no-name brand mouse for a mac but the side buttons didn't work, so i returned it and got this logitech.

I was disappointed that the scroll wheel doesnt tilt to the left with you want to go back to the previous page
