I had a bit of an issue with a previous set same model where the cord connected to the usb end the connection may be a little weak and i had to reinforce it with some electrical tape when i saw it pulling apart

Works great on my head and the microphone works great on the desk about 30 inches from my mouth as i play warthunder with by son talking over skype
