Headset is light, comfortable, and has crystal clear sound though i personally would have preferred an over-the-ear gaming style headset. It's quite comfortable as well although i will say my ears are slightly sore after wearing it for a few hours.

Excellent sound quality for both the microphone and headset. Callers report very clear voice transmission, especially for a lower priced headset. Microphone has nice clarity. Headphone microphone is crystal clear.

Great quality sound both incoming and outgoing. Both the build quality and the audio quality is very good.

Headphones are not a good fit if you don't have a huge cranium. Main the microphone is way too sensitive. Because of a snag, the headphones fell a few inches and broke the microphone tube off, leaving it dangling by a tiny wire.

Not only was this new product defective the seller refuses to own up to the fact the product was sold as new. This is a total prevarication. But it is doable (i haven't returned it, but won't buy again).

I now see a usb composite device without drivers when it decides to get detected. The errormsg is that the device is being used by another application (the device is already unplugged). Only thing may solve the problem is reboot your pc.
