I am still very pleased with this mouse.
Spending $4 more on a mouse isn't the end of the world and it is definitely not worth sending the product back.
A bit small for big hands, but very qood quality, high precision wireless mouse.
I should say that i didn't see anything mentioned in the product listing about this button.
Packaging/appearance
They leaked and spread the salt crystals all over the place.
Competitiveness
Overall exellent mouse, ergonomic, sleep mode, off button, 2 scrolling modes have all you need for work.
The last one lasted me around 6 years, maybe more idk, so i am hoping this one will last as long.

It really helps in multitasking because i can have a desktop with a calendar and gmail open constantly while working with cad software in another desktop

I specifically ordered this listing because the picture showed that there was a third thumb button which you can see as a rounded rectangle that is white and located where the thumb rests below the forward and backward buttons
