Pros & Cons
Pros
The range is as good as i need (10-15 feet), and the usb dongle is low-profile and compact. My one complaint is that the battery compartment door has an inadequate latch.
If you want a slightly large touchpad (perhaps in lieu of a traditional mouse, perhaps just as an alternative to your laptop touchpad, or for any other reason), this is a good product.
The touchpad is very sensitive to the point that sometimes my finger may be off the touchpad but if it is within 1/16 of the touch pad it senses the heat and creates a click. The * are the perfect size. I use my thumb to click the left button and my p... Read More
Cons
The trackpad feels cheap to touch, and the build quality isn't so great. The plastic surface is almost sticky when sliding your fingers across it, which interferes with the swiping experience. Logitech now has a newer, much better trackpad that i do l... Read More
The logitech touchpad is far less customizable (or hardly customizable at all) loss of connectivity is a major problem - it's frequent, and long-lasting. An input device that can't be customized is not worth the plastic it's made from.

Price
Despite the price though, it's (for me) a rare, great product for which i'll sing praises!
Packaging/appearance
Works great right out of the box.
Competitiveness
This replaced a logitech m570 trackball at work.
It has served me well, like most of my logitech products.
In fact, i have two other laptops for which i'd buy this touchpad for if the price of them hadn't doubled over the past year.
