Pros & Cons
Pros
The bluetooth connection is strong and works from a good distance. Nice feature is they come with a universal logitech adapter and the headphones will connect along with your logitech keayboard and mouse which uses only one usb port.
The on-ear design provides a snug fit without causing discomfort. The adjustable headband ensures a customized fit for different head sizes. The headband and earmuffs are plush and comfortable. These are my favorite headphones for making call especial... Read More
The microphone is superb. I often struggle to make out voices due to my hearing loss, which can leave them muffled. However, the noise blocking in the microphone is pretty good.
This sound is crisp and clear.
Cons
The sound quality of the headset is great until the white led ring that is around the mic button on the controls is illuminated. Jeffery has a very poor understanding of how usb audio devices work.
Highlights
Quality
Excellent sound quality, external noise cancelling, very comfortable.
Excellent headset and mic system and does not hurt my ears!
The large button is for connect/disconnect and is way too sensitive.
My original was purchased in 2020 and the mic stopped last month.
Price
They definitely provide a premium feel to match the price tag.
For that price they are a great value.
For me it was a good purchase for the price.
Competitiveness

Confusingly, logitech sells several similarly-named, nearly identical-looking variants of this headset with different functiona... Read More
I would check the features this one has with others in the same class before making a decision, but you won't go wrong with these.

Con they squeeze my head after a while because of the spring metal strap but i have a larger head and i am glad it is metal instead of plastic you have to push the ear cushions to the smallest position to balance the headset on the charger the charging pad was not included i bought a higher power one that matched the headset specs and it works well and occasionally the volume would go to max when disconnecting from teams calls i anticipate it and lower the volume before disconnecting

Most noise reduction headphones will reduce the noise that you hear but their microphone is wide open so all the background noise like loud coworkers blast right through

When compared to higher end headphones made specifically for music the noise cancellation is not as good as those but good enough for phone calls

Noise cancelling is great if you’re in a loud area or office with lots of people talking the person on the other end of your call only hears you
