Pros

These headphones are very lightweight and comfortable. They have a lot of fabric cushion around the headband. The headphones are significantly lighter than i anticipated.

Audio from the mikes is great, a huge improvement over my laptop's webcam. Granted, i am accustomed to using standalone, professional-grade mics.

Usb dongle works flawlessly with my computer for music and calls. Connects right away to my avaya phone software. Seamlessly switch between computer and smartphone via bluetooth. Also connecting to my computer plus my phone is vitally important.

Putting these on was lovely. These are the best. Highly recommend. I hardly ever write reviews, but i figured this one was worth the time.

Cons

Headset is very light and the clamping force is minimal. The audio quality drops drastically when using the headset as an actual headset. The mic quality is subpar.

Sound quality is perfect for communication / work environment.

Or it's out of sync with the boom position.

I'm not spending $200 plus for a slightly better jabra product.

Price

Over-the-ear is nice for keeping out the world.

I paid $99 on amazon and it is a good value at that price.

The price for this headset should come down to $80, but i guess with inflation they are price correctly.

Packaging/appearance

In full transparency, i did receive a little help from the u-haul tech team to successfully connect them to cisco jabber & finesse.

Competitiveness

But way better than my airpod earbuds.

I use them 20-hours per week for my part-time work-from-home job with u-haul.

I didn't want a normal pair of headphones, as i already have a paid of airpod max.

Logitech has traditionally been a great brand .
