Pros

Tienen buena calidad, muy cómodos, tienen un sonido sobresaliente. And connected to my phone via bluetooth. Only downside is they are a bit tough on the ears if you wear them for long hours.

For the price this headset is excellent. The aound quality is also exceptional. Terrific customer service.

Cons

This junk is not worth any of my money. The way this is built - with the glue point - is a poor design decision. This is the sort of corporate cost savings that turns what could have been a good product into garbage.

Logitech's service is terrible and, even worse, no returns. Oh well. Its really confusing.

My headband was broken as well. The earpiece is super soft and comfortable, put the pressure is a total deal breaker.

The ear pads are high quality, and the adjustable fit is great.

What i can say is after seven months the mic stopped working.

Battery:used for 12 hours straight with hours left remaining.

Price

For the price this headset is excellent.

Value:for what i paid, i think this is the best value.

But, could do better for that price.

The only downside is they are pricey, but at least you get what you pay for.

Shipping

Turns out, the zone did arrive quickly, and surprise!

I took the plunge with this one to get it faster, and hoped for the best.

Packaging/appearance

Other than a picto-gram on the inside of the box, it came with no manual.

The out of box experience was so so.

Competitiveness

Compared to the jabra evolve2 65 ($250), jabra evolve 75 ($275+), and plantronics focus (around $200), this is the one i kept.

I have tried 3 or 4 different brands of bluetooth headsets.

Get this headset if your company has switched to ms teams.

However, i have been using logitech h820e for years and that one is much better than all the bluetooth headsets in terms of range.
