Pros

The insoles are removable in case you want to swap in something else. The laces aren't difficult adjust how you want from the bottom of the boot to the top. I have a few pairs of winter boots similarly priced, and these outshine all of them.

They feel heavier than they look, but are not at all an issue even after being on my feet for several hours. They definitely help not slipping.

They are quite warm for the -10 degree weather and tramping through the snow with my little dog. They're lined and comfy. They are warm and flexible.

The fleece lining and 3m thinsulate 200 are both high quality insulators. Even with regular cotton socks on these boots keep my feet at the perfect temperature. Other than that, they seem well constructed and insulated.

Cons

At first glance the quality was okay, now i find that the actual construction and material selection is cheap. They are very rigid. If you hold them at the heel and toe, it is very difficult to bend them.
