Pros

Thid fits even a 4 year old. I like that it's fitted at the wrists with elastic. The wrist have an elastic band, which i love for added security.

Cons

The sleeves fit nicely and it does repel water, but the ties are made in such a way that its impossible to get a good fit around her neck. It also lacks a pocket so anything dropped will end up on her lap.
