Normally id knock two stars off for this but the scent isnt that strong and it seems to fade pretty quickly so im not at all deterred from using the product despite the scent so in my mind thats not all that large of a flaw

The product was damaged during the shipping process and the company everyone took full responsibility for the damage

Maybe cap it off and include the pump in the packaging separately because there was lotion all over where it had leaked out of the nozzle during shipping
