Pros
It runs a smidge small across the bust, so i reordered a size up and then it fit great. The fit is very flattering. It fits more like their xl might and is fitted to my bust, and it fits more closely to my stomach and hips that i like.
Cons
I ordered the large and sent it back because the * popped out. I have a 40dd chest and it did not fit right.

Ok, i have to start off with the fact that i absolutely love this top!
Got 4 colors so soft, fit is true to size- little loose which is what i wanted- did large 54 132 i am happy with the fit not molded on-

Packaging/appearance
Ordered according to the size chart and it had gaps in the buttons.
Make sure you use the size guide thats in with all the pics of the blouse—not the size chart on the dropdown menu!

I love the color, love,love,love the fit!
I do wonder how a top can be work business casual dressy so i got my wife's comments.

If u have a larger bust 3840 u will have trouble buttoning without a gap in front
