Pros

Top has two layers, one that hugs your body and the outer layer is flowing. Quality made with double layers. The neckline is just right too. Received a lot of commentary remarks while wearing it.

Very consistent sizing and quality for an amazon purchase. I usuall wear between and med and large, ordered both and found that the medium even runs a tad big.

Cons

Not so good for longer torso. Waist sits too high for me. I love 3/4 sleeves, but these just look awkward. The problem is usually the fit or the fabric quality!
