With the amount of people complaining on shipping method that they would address the issue but so far it appears they don't really care.

Packaging/appearance

As other people report, the packaging is terrible and there was a bit of wood damage on 1 corner of the cover.

Nice stairs, terrible packaging arrived with no hardware or instructions but stairs seem to be ok.

That being said it didn't affect the function but could have been prevented with better packaging.

I would have given it five stars except for the packaging which was terrible.

Competitiveness

I can easily get a 4x8 sheet of plywood through the opening.

The stairs are well built and love the wide steps compared to the 250lb model.

The box was taped with the lowest grade chinesium tape they could find.
