Pros

It's perfect for cleaning the gutters and for reaching ceilings inside the house. Now will use it to install security cameras.

Fan installers want $100 per so this ladder was the cost of one install. Great product for the money. A very good ladder for the price. An excellent ladder.

Cons

The bracing is not of good enough quality between the front steps & strength. However this ladder is very flimsy. This is very heavy.
