Pros

It's just perfect for the storage loft in my shed. The ladder is good and sturdy. It is so much nicer than our old one and quiet!

Works well. Anyway it is in, and operable. I hope this helps.

Cons

Advertised frame width is 22. Long hinge is unevenly nailed to the frame. Metal braces in the corners to strengthen the unit, but they were installed crooked as well.

The packaging is simply not there. It's my own fault for not opening the box before the return window expired. If you do order it make sure to inspect it on day one keeping the packaging to facilitate returning it it by return freight.

I would likely pay the extra cost in the future to get the metal one in the future if i needed another ladder somewhere.
