Pros

It's super lightweight, so i love it! It's definitely not flimsy! Right size, right weight, good stepladder. The paint tray works great as you can lean far forward and use the tray to prop your weight up a bit.

The ladder conducts electricity. I use it occasionally to help me replace smoke detector batteries or light bulbs.

Cons

The lightweight ladder works well, but the failed brace tells me not to have my relative use it. Gonna return it and just shell out the extra $20 and buy me a werner from the home despot.

It took 12 days to get here and it shipped from one state away from me.

The only problem was the time it took to receive it, and it's an amazon product.

Packaging/appearance

No packaging, no box or wrap just the ladder with shipping stickers stuck to it strategically so that they would not be hard to remove.

Two "negatives" :one, it comes with these little black grabbers to keep the ladder closed during shipping.
