Pros

Very sturdy and functional. Allowed very easy and safe access to my roof. Very sturdy to use. Fast shipping. Was $40 dollars cheaper on amazon.

Easy to extend and retract, lightweight enough to carry one-handed, strong enough to support a fat guy. The locking mechanism is a little tricky and plastic but the ladder is well-built. I'm at about 260lbs so this is the one i needed for me.

Very satisfied. Liked a lot. Just fantastic. Great ladder.

Cons

Ladder locks r plastic not aluminum. Other parts are not the same.

Ladder is not very heavy which is a good thing for moving it around by myself and yet it feels very sturdy while using it.

Better have some muscle because it's heavy but it is very well constructed and easy to extend and lock.

Did not come with pulley and rope to move the ladder up and down, had to order a kit for another $38.

The product arrived quicker than expected and in time for me to begin my project.

Having it shipped to the house was perfect.

There were signs that it may have been shipped to someone else, used a time or two, then retuned.

And being an amazon prime member, you get free shipping on this item.

Packaging/appearance

Came un-boxed, unwrapped, just a ladder with a mailing label, so there were some scratches and dings that don't bother me.

It came with no packaging whatsoever, but the delivery service did a great job it was not all beat up.

Of course it came in a super large package because duh it’s a ladder.

Competitiveness

Louisville ladders are top of the line products, even the consumer models such as the one that i purchased.

They were very comparable to this ladder in terms of quality and purchase price.

All the same features as werner ladders, but much cheaper.
