Pros

For scaling 30ft walls, there really is nothing better than this durable, mexican-made 32ft ladder. Provides more confidence in getting the job done safely. Works great to get on the roof and clean gutters.

This ladder is by far the best! Excellent quality. Don't hesitate. Very pleased with the purchase.

The ladder is very sturdy but it is a little heavier than advertised. The extension operates very smoothly. This one seems to be very sturdy.

A similar ladder on amazon from werner is $310. Look at the quality construction of the louisville extension ladder.

Arrived properly packaged with no damage. Took about 10 days for delivery, my only complaint. It was well wrapped in plastic wrap.

Cons

For $350 this ladder is all scratched up and used. Cracked fiber glass ladder is not safe to use. Expecting a brand new ladder due to safety.

What i didn't like is that the 1st ladder arrived with no packaging whatsoever and damaged.

It came with no packaging whatsoever, but the delivery service did a great job it was not all beat up.

Competitiveness

I like it, i tried to buy from my local lowes but was slammed with a 30day special order which ended up not working out.
