Pros

The ladder is very sturdy but it is a little heavier than advertised. It is heavy to lug around, but not too bad for its size.

Cons

One of the rungs is badly bent and there is impact damage to the fiberglass rails. Can't recommend it even if arrived not damaged. Looks like it was dropped and miss handled pretty badly.

Love this ladder, sturdy, and relatively light.

A very well made product, can be moved by one strong person to job and to storage.

One star is taken away because of myriad scratches, since not entire ladder was covered by wrapping material.

It is ~60lbs and unless you do this everyday, can be unwieldy.

Price

If you have a two-story house, you need to spend the money to get one of these.

We had priced ladders at all of the big box stores, but we didn't have a way to get a 28' ladder home without having it delivered.

This is a big deal for me because i typically move it around by myself.

Shipping

The delivery was easy to set up, they were right on time too.

So when it arrived it had multiple surface stratches from where it was moving around in the truck.

We were so thankful for amazon prime's free delivery charge with this ladder.

They were quick, polite, and did not question me.
