The ladder is light and sturdy. It's heavier than the cheap aluminum ladders but worth it.

Great buy overall because places like home depot and lowes charge out the ass for shipping from $55-$200.

Great communication from shipper, can’t wait to use.

The delivery guys helped me pull the wrap off so i could inspect it before leaving.

Packaging/appearance

It was wrapped in a cardboard wrap with plastic over that.

Had to return the first one because it came with scratches due to it arriving without a box.

Competitiveness

I bought this ladder to compare to the hbtower 3 step ladder 500lbs.

They are both similar prices, but the hb tower is just better.

Its brand new as far as i can tell i saw some of the other reviews that said they got used one.
