For $15 more, this ladder just looks better and did not disappoint. Loved the color. The only complaint is the shipping.

It is as easy to carry as a kitchen stepladder, but much more sturdy and safe. Works great for painting, changing light bulbs and other little odd jobs around the house.

Very sturdy and just the right size

We have high ceilings on our main level and it was impossible to charge lightbulbs, dust, etc.

The fiberglass red paint is scratched and rubbed off, the ladder is coated in black dust particles, it has scuff marks all over it.

All in all it was a great deal on a great name brand ladder and i'm well satisfied !

For $15 more, this ladder just looks better and did not disappoint.

I bought my ladder from amazon warehouse for half price.

Shipping

So i ordered it and we received it right on time, and she loves it.

Shipped quickly and arrived with no damage

Originally received a notice from amazon that the order was cancelled because the delivery was refused.

But came fast and will end up with scuff marks anyhow.

Packaging/appearance

It's not from being used or returned, it's from their storing, packing and shipping processes.

Amazon ships these ladders either as they are, that is, no boxes or wrapping, just the ladder itself with a label.

It looked and worked like brand new but the box it came in had some damage.

Competitiveness

I also did some price comparisons and this particular one was a very good value.
