Pros
As someone who has struggled with it in the past these are a must. It’s all around phenomenal. Overall - these are awesome and work super well.
I take these with 2 of the nature bound cranberry pills and they work like a charm. I barely have to use boric acid now which is amazing. Some people confuse the product for an antibiotic.
Cons
Not only is it only 1 billion cfu, there is absolutely no guarantee of the strains being live, surviving stomach acid, shelf life or surviving until the expiration date.
