Quality
I love this helmet, very comfortable and little noise with the wind.
I wish it came with the pin lock visor.
For the money this is a very good product.
Cons: loud on the highway, quite good ventilation means it can fog up at stop lights, in the rain, with the vents closed.
Packaging/appearance
Both times, it played crack the whip with me, with my head being the tip of the whip.
Competitiveness
The sun gaurd flap down is good for vision.

The drop down visor is just dark enough to be generally useful in city traffic would not go darker plan on extra sunglasses for extended cross country traveling

The pinlock system works great but you do have to purchase the pinlock insert separately which can cost up to 36
