The controller itself tho conveniently located adds a good inch or so to your chin strap making it bulky and at times uncomfortable

The unit has hands free calling but its done through your phones voice dial feature and is most of the time slow and unruly

The controller is operated by press and holds for actions hold 2 seconds for music or 3 for phone call but it is often you hold to long and get a never ending intercom search that requires a unit restart or you dont press long enough so nothing happens
