The build quality is very good and everything snaps together. I'm glad to report that after calling their corporate office i did finally get a response and they are going to resolve the problem. Would so recommend.

This vacuum is great for hardwood. But, this is great on tile, hard flooring or laminate. This model works best in wood, vinyl and light rugs.

Battery power is good and lasts. Bought an extra battery but can do fine on one charge. Only down side is the battery life is uber shirt, about 25 minutes max per charge.

The power suction is great as well and vacuuming the house doesn't feel such a chore anymore. While the suction power could be improved, especially for picking up heavier debris, it still manages to handle most everyday messes.
