The jelly is needed to coat the laryngectomy tube, and has been very easy for him to use and works well.

Dyna was too watery, do not tear open easily and the box quantity was short.

This is why getting big 4oz tubes and applying from them is a bad idea.

My box came with 3 extra packets instead of being short 4 packets, as the dyna was.

Had no smell at all, compared to other lubes i have used claiming scent free.
