Pros
Quick shipping. My husband does complain less than before we had it. The only thing that i would advise is they rolled it up so when it opens it opens upside down.
Cons
I'm inclined to believe another reviewer's claim that lucid has not used the full 2. The guarantee is extremely misleading because it vaguely states that any kind of defect is normal. A guarantee that covers anything but defect, so nothing at all.
The lucid product isn’t comfortable, dependable or durable. It is hugely overpriced, considering it only lasted a year. It has deep dents that don't spring back.

Our new mattress arrived on time in transparent packaging.
It's an amazing mattress firm when you get on the the foam supports and let's you sink in.
Immediate impression on unpackaging was how there was very little chemical odour.

Didn’t think to check before opening it in the camper small bed space then had to fight with it too turn it upside right
