Pros

On the firmer side but very supportive. Could be just a tiny bit softer for my fiancé. I am a side sleeper intend to have pain in the shoulders and hip, so am very sensitive to the firmness of a mattress.

It’s a hybrid. It works beautifully. Don't hesitate. Worth every penny.

There are some sleezy amazon sellers out there that sell junk but this product is very clean, well packaged and better than i thought it would be. Purchased the lucid 12” king latex version mattress after no less than 2 weeks of research.

I'm a side sleeper and very petit while my partner is a combination sleeper and much heavier than me. It's very comfortable and supportive at the same time. My mother is terminal and this has been a blessing.

It has a good amount of bounce/recoil to it as well for bedroom activities. I have a strong pal who pushes it back up for me. Just think of all the boots, shoes, sandals etc. It can hold.

As it is though, it is sub-par.

It was only about twice the price of my latex topper, and i don't have to deal with slippage.

Our last mattress was also a hybrid but cost about 3 times as much.

Shipping

I was also pleased with delivery and haul away service, prompt and efficient.

The new mattress was delivered (spend the $29 and let them do it!

It arrived in sub-zero temps, so i imagine it will take a bit to expand.

The night after the package arrived i went on a business trip for a week so the mattress had that much time to ofgas and fully settle.

Packaging/appearance

The box arrived with holes all over it there was no care taken with the package.

First the dislike, came in a vacuum sealed box, unlike how the wife's serta mattress came and i was unsure of the quality.

The box was big and took two people to move.

Competitiveness

Comparing this bed to the one we bought previously, there’s a dramatic difference.

I bought the queen size version a few years back and when it was time to upgrade to a king size, there was no question on brand.

I picked these up for a rental i manage and though id try a different company and mattress makeup.

This 12" mattress was slightly firmer and more comfortable than our 13" store-bought costing twice as much.
