Quality

I've had this product for a long time now and i am very happy with the purchase.

So far i'm fairly happy with the mattress.

I use a 2 gel topper that is supposed to provide cooling but, i must say that the mattress runs hot even with the topper.

Even with the proper support frame, it was cheaper than buying a decent twin mattress elsewhere.

Shipping

The box looks like it took a fall during shipping but the thick plastic wrapping stayed perfectly sealed.

Packaging/appearance

There was a small water stain on the inside of the cardboard.

Competitiveness

My husband and i are a combined 500lbs and it supports us both.

I will never use another mattress (except for the other lucid 10+inch mattress.
