Pros

I'm a side sleeper and very petit while my partner is a combination sleeper and much heavier than me.

This product is very clean, well packaged and better than i thought it would be. Lucid mattress is all natural and doesn't not produce any odor.

This is on a twin xl adjustible frame. For the price, this bed stacks up well with the 1000 to $1200 range of mattress. Only drawback is that laytex is expensive.

It has a good amount of bounce/recoil to it as well for bedroom activities. This one has enough bounce to help get into a rhythm and enough edge support for you to actually use the edge of the bed without it feeling like someone is going to slide off.... Read More

Cons

It's also ridiculously uncomfortable and is causing pain. Wake up frequently with painful hips shoulders. I am a side sleeper and this was not really the right mattress for me.

It’s really a very comfortable mattress that looks and feels high quality.

This is a perfect mattress, not too soft (we hate sinking into memory foam which hurts your back) and not too hard.

That mattress developed a huge sinkhole sag in a month.

It looks and feels like it did 2 years ago.

Price

I was not paid for this review and paid full price $500.

I was going to buy a nectar (top of the line) $1700+, but i’m so glad i didn’t and saved $1200+ with this.

Our last mattress was also a hybrid but cost about 3 times as much.

Competitiveness

I bought the queen size version a few years back and when it was time to upgrade to a king size, there was no question on brand.

It is hard to beat lucid’s price, and the bed is so comfortable.

I picked these up for a rental i manage and though id try a different company and mattress makeup.

This 12" mattress was slightly firmer and more comfortable than our 13" store-bought costing twice as much.
