I went to a few furniture store to try other mattress and i tell you the price from amazon is great plus the quality of the product .

Box was beat up upon delivery but no damage to the product inside.

So grateful for amazons customer service for helping us out with the return process!

But i was thinking maybe it had something to do with the way the manufacture packaged it !
