This mattress is absolutely amazing. The price is reasonable and the benefits are better than any coil mattress we have ever had. Thank you lucid.

Cons

Caveat emptor for certain. Lasted 3 only years. I see why they changed the warranty to 10 years, but i doubt they'll honor that either.

After 6 years it has sunken very badly & the warranty is total crud. There are permanent indentations and rotating it no longer works. The soft v-shaped valley that has developed is probably worse for my spine than sleeping on the couch or a pad o... Read More

I highly recommend this bed especially for the price!

It was very easy to set out, inexpensive, and is truly one of the best purchases we have ever made.

For the price i paid, it is worth every penny.

My line of thought is though, $379 for a king mattress every 5 years is a steal!

We gave it a week and finally i called to figure out how to return.

Packaging/appearance

The box was damaged when received the mattress which caused a small hole on the side of the top cover that could be replace.

But i was thinking maybe it had something to do with the way the manufacture packaged it !
