Pros

The natural latex means it stays hypoallergenic and odor free. It works beautifully. My mother is terminal and this has been a blessing.

While much softer than when i initially bought it, it's still highly supportive and comfortable. Top layer of latex foam provides a soft feel that gives plenty of comfort without your sinking into the foam and having to struggle to turn over.

Bed feels sturdily constructed and hefty. One thing i hope they improve is the edge support system. A more durable foam or stronger coils on the edges can help when i sit on the edge of the bed at times.

It's also slightly wider than a regular twin xl. We definitely recommend letting the mattress full expand for the full 24 to 48 hours as instructed before using. But it is worth mentioning regardless.

There are no signs of wear and tear, and i’d assume it’s going to maintain its firmness for a long while.

Overall i feel it is a good value for the price

It was only about twice the price of my latex topper, and i don't have to deal with slippage.

Shipping

I was also pleased with delivery and haul away service, prompt and efficient.

The new mattress was delivered (spend the $29 and let them do it!

It arrived in sub-zero temps, so i imagine it will take a bit to expand.

The night after the package arrived i went on a business trip for a week so the mattress had that much time to ofgas and fully settle.

Packaging/appearance

The box arrived with holes all over it there was no care taken with the package.

Competitiveness

Comparing this bed to the one we bought previously, there’s a dramatic difference.

I bought the queen size version a few years back and when it was time to upgrade to a king size, there was no question on brand.

I picked these up for a rental i manage and though id try a different company and mattress makeup.

This 12" mattress was slightly firmer and more comfortable than our 13" store-bought costing twice as much.
