This mattress is a lot cheaper than its competitors. My mind was blown after just a few days on this mattress. I am so blessed to find out the mattress which works for me.
My spouse has regular back pain so a firmer matress is a necessity. We are both just jazzed about this one. It supports every curvature of your body no matter what position you are in.
Cons
The edges are firm but the inside sags. I'm a combo sleeper and sleeping on my side isn't an option as this mattress provides no pressure relief. It is like lying on concrete that bounces.
The box was damaged but the mattress was rolled in a thick plastic so unharmed. It is unlikely that the mold happened before this mattress arrived to you. If you get one that is defective you're out of luck. Buy a better quality mattress from a truste... Read More

Packaging/appearance
Comes compacted into a box that does take an effort to get up stairs although this is good since you don't want a flimsy bed to sleep on.
In the box it weighs about 66 pounds so carrying it up a lot of stairs maybe too heavy on your own.
Competitiveness
We did alot of shopping and research for a better mattress for our semi truck.

It took a bit of time to fluff up and the corners were a bit stubborn but for what i needed it for it was a convenient item and suitable for my needs

It only expanded about two 3rds of the way but its still comfy
