The warranty is useless coz the company claims it's normal for the bed to lose up to 1. The mattress is so heavy i can barely straighten it on the bed. I am a stomach and side sleeper, and this bed leaves me numb and tingling, with back pain.

It was not delivered in a box- just plastic, so it was ripped in one place and dirty from being dragged by ups. Who has a broom that length?

It's not remotely soft to sleep on. It loses its form in a couple of years with uneven lumps where you sleep. It feels more like sleeping on wet poured concrete.
