Good quality heavy. Some have a funny odour. Fwiw, i didn't notice any off-putting smells when i took it out of the box. Well worth the money.
Cons
I do not think this will change the crooked cut job. Was advertised as cooling, it is far from it. Warranty directs you to cannabis site? This product is garbage.

Within a minute i received a call back and within 15 min i had sent a photo of malfunctioning lucid memory topper and had been told i would receive a new one in a few days and could dispose of the other
