Pros
The memory foam is as hoped for and my back pain has noticably reduced. I love the way it molds around your body. I recommend some folks use a pillow under their lower back/hip to displace some of the weight.
Bedstory 3 inch bamboo charcoal. We are using this mattress to cover our pull out couch bed and an airbed, both are guest beds. Decompressed quickly, no smell. Pet smells out.
Cons
The lucid 4 topper is at least 2 shorter in both dimensions. The actual lucid queen-sized fitted cover and 3rd-party fitted sheets that i bought on amazon are much larger (because they're the correct size) it's not durable at all. Buy from another bra... Read More
It's too soft so you end up collapsing into it making a huge divot. My partner who would rather a firmer foam is also dissatisfied.

I'm really happy with the 3 inch topper but wonder how the 4 inch would compare.
Went with the 2 as i still need a ferm bed.
One thing i know is that most detailed reviews are from people who are emotionally frustrated with a product.
Also it seemed most problems were with the 2inch topper so maybe avoid that.
Packaging/appearance
Was worried memory foam would be to hot .
Competitiveness
Purchased a high-end adjustable bed with memory foam mattress but found it too hard - pain in shoulders and arms.
Recommend if you still want a ferm mattress.
