Pros

The 2 inch is just enough padding so that you’re comfortable but don’t sink into your bed. I have a firm innerspring mattress, meant for a back-sleeper, that caused discomfort when slept on by a side-sleeping.

Will take a little getting used to rolling over, but is doable. It’s thick and not flimsy. This is soft and squishy and exactly what we wanted.

Cons

One side is ridiculously soft. My wife finds this to be a bigger problem than the heat retention.

I understand you can get a defective product occasionally…but the company needs to make it right.
