Softer the better. It softens things up. It s plush but also supportive. Really comfy mattress, not firm.

Quality
Xl size is what was needed, fabric is good quality and soft to the touch.
This foam mattress has been wonderful to sleep on, soft and great return on the foam, i sink in for a much better sleep.
Excellent comfort but need to move to feel bo pressure points.
I have a new bed, in great condition, but it was way too firm and offered almost no support, which made things so much worse.
