Pros
It's very heavy and sturdy. It's durable, easy to assemble, the remote is easy to use. The massage (vibration) is nice as well. Definitely satisfied customers.
The adjustable bed frame is quiet to operate. Paired with the lucid hybrid mattress, its an awesome combo. The adjustable frame is very quiet.
Cons
The instructions claim that the led will blink after pressing the up/down * at the same time within 10 seconds of supplying power, but my leds never blink. The instruction sequence is not logical. The under bed light is defective.
An adjustable bed isn't worth anything if one can't make it adjust. They boast a 10 year warranty, but they do not respond to warranty concerns.
No markings on carton exterior specifying position listed in manual by which to open carton. The first page of the instructions, in big bold print, emphatically says to call the manufacturer first before contacting whomever you purchased it from. My s... Read More

The foot motor was functioning (by pressing the head button on the remote) while the head motor was rendered unresponsive.

Figured if i was going to be indoors a lot might as well upgrade the bed needed it anyway as my old frame was as basic as can be 50 or so and my old mattress was visibly sagging in the middle

Ok pretty obvious at this point its not the motor but the control unit or potentially the ycable from the box to the two motors as they share a port on the control unit
