Pros
The bed is very well built and works flawlessly and almost silently. The massager has 4 modes/vibration patterns and low/medium/high speeds. The massage feature is more of a vibration but it is very soothing.
Had one from the crafty people. This one is stable, well crafted and the assembly is just what they claimed. The remote is battery powered but comes with the bed.
The massaging feature is awesome. Anyways, it works great and i love it. It is wonderful! Great buy. Definitely satisfied customers.
My 12-inch foam mattress isn't as supple as some but conforms to the lift patterns reasonably well when there is weight (me) on the bed. Less slippage than standard mattress.
If your looking for an adjustable bed base this is the one. Loving the adjustability. The reading position is a tad more upright than i would prefer.

I’m in my seventy’s so i paid for the delivery and setup.
It set up very quickly and came with good instructions.
Packaging/appearance
They removed the packaging when they left so it was a very pleasant experience.
The video shows the product being unpacked.
Competitiveness
Heavy which is expected and very easy to setup good quality bed for much less than the big brand name beds !
I was initially skeptical since it is quite a bit cheaper than other similar bases, but it has been working perfectly.
I think it’s something lucid can improve but not a deal breaker.
