Pros

The auto modes are nice (sleeping, reading & zero gravity) but the reading mode seems a bit pretzel-y. The massage function is something i was dismissive towards but it actually isn't half bad. Love having the adjustable beds.

The bed is very well built and works flawlessly and almost silently. The massager has 4 modes/vibration patterns and low/medium/high speeds. Motor is quiet and smooth and it will adjust incrementally rather than is fairly large bursts.

My sinus issues require that i sleep in raised bed. Have had it about a month so far. I have a disabled adult daughter whom has sleep apnea.

The massaging feature is awesome. Anyways, it works great and i love it. Definitely satisfied customers.

Cons

The frame is also very fragile especially when inclined.

Purchased january 2021, and now february 2024 the legs are literally falling apart.

Unfold it, screw in the legs, flip it over and slide the end rail into the slots.

I paid additional $20 to have amazon deliver to the room - best $20 spent!

I paid an enormous amount on my own adjustable bed from a furniture store so i was a bit apprehensive buying sight unseen.

The price was alot cheaper than what the mattress store had to offer.

I had no problem contacting customer service, friendly, helpful, fast delivery of a new controller.

I got it in 1 day and it works perfectly.

The delivery window is 12 hours so expect to spend the day waiting on the delivery.

Order said on the tracking it was sent back to amazon in the middle of september.

Hilarious note: the instructions for how to open the box are inside the box.

Works just as well as a top name brand!

Overall i like it but not love it but compared to all the other brands this is one of the better ones for the price.

Compared to other lower cost frames, this is very quiet.
