Pros
The gel and memory foam mean that the mattress conforms to you body shape when you get in. Feels very plush, not very firm.
Mattress is still comfortable after 3 years of use. It reacts well to the mechanical bed i have it on. Get a mattress cover for it if you have children, are accident prone, or if you happen to get an illness and sweat a ton during the night/sickness.
Cons
The 25-year warranty is absolutely useless and insulting to customers. It is hard to justify that we spent nine hundred dollars for 30 months worth of low quality sleep nights.

Make sure though the mattress warranty requires you use a mattress protector so if youre buying this buy the protector
