I have no idea whether it would fit as well over a deeper mattress the package says up to 18 inches but im dubious

There were no directions that came with this mattress case so i had to scan through all the review photos and the reviews to realize that if you put the side that has the elastic edge on the bottom side of the mattress the top of the mattress will look sharp with fitted edges and corners

There was excess material on the underside but it didnt matter to me since its the side that isnt seen or lied on

To begin i scrunched up the cover like how i scrunch up panty hose to get them on if you try to just stick your foot and leg into panty hose as is youd have a very hard if not impossible time but scrunching it down all the way to the toe box will let you place your toes in and then roll the rest up on all sides
